With over 20 years experience, Megan is a professional marketer, strategist and experienced entrepreneur who has worked in south east Asia, and is an advocate for female entrepreneurs.
In 2014 Megan left her role as a Managing Director and started Gloss Marketing Communications, working with clients across fintech, food & beverage, fashion, not for profit and professional services.
Megan has been a speaker and presenter for the Accelerator for Enterprising Women, Centre for Entrepreneurial Research & Innovation, Google Women Techmakers, Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce, City of Canning and Curtin Ignition, to name a few.
A mentor for ScaleUP WA, Future Female Leaders Program, and an advisory board member for Ubuntu Ventures, Megan was an inaugural Meshpoints Steward (until May 2024) and previously served on the board and as the marketing and communications chair for the not for profit, 100 Women.
As a Mum of two, Megan knows first-hand how challenging being a female founder is. And it’s this reason that she is changing the narrative on female founders and creating an ecosystem for them to be supported and thrive.

In 2015, Grace pivoted from her finance role in an industry-leading multinational corporation to redirect her expertise to financial literacy education; later developing the award-winning Migrant Money Matters program.

With over 15 years of experience in management consulting and startups, Marlon has made his mark as both a founder of a strategy consulting boutique firm and several successful ventures, including a fintech and a SaaS B2B platform business. His key focus has been on the Asia Pacific, European, and Middle Eastern regions.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in Project and Process Management, he has honed his abilities through years of international venture building experience.
