About the Growth Accelerator.

This program is for you if you have proven your business model and are ready to build the resilient systems that fuel sustainable growth.

  • A 3-month intensive: A focused program with weekly 2-hour sessions dedicated to solving critical growth challenges.
  • Weekly virtual sessions: Join your cohort every Tuesday from 9:30am – 10:30am for action-oriented sessions dedicated to solving critical growth challenges.
  • In-person sessions: Four immersive sessions held on Wednesdays from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Purpose Studio in Perth to foster deep connection and strategic focus.
  • Dedicated 1:1 strategy session: A personalised session to diagnose challenges and map your specific path to scale.
  • Expert group advisory: Structured advisory sessions with experienced mentors delivered during in-person sessions.
  • An intimate peer cohort: A trusted and supportive environment, deliberately limited to 8 founders to ensure deep connection and honest conversation.
  • AI-Enabled platform access: Full access to the We Are Emersyn platform for ‘right-time’ guidance and data-driven strategic insight.

The Capstone Pitch: Your Pathway to the Main Stage.

The program culminates in an internal pitch presentation where you’ll present your refined growth plan to a panel of expert mentors and advisors. This isn’t just an exercise; it’s a direct opportunity.

The winner is awarded a guaranteed finalist spot on stage at our main annual pitch night, placing you and your business in front of key investors and the broader ecosystem.

Thanks to the support of the major sponsor, the City of Perth, we’re offering 8 fully funded places.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be a female-identifying founder or co-founder.
  • Your company is for-profit or has a for-profit component.
  • Founder must own a majority share of the business or have majority voting rights in the business. 
  • You can fully commit to the 3 month program and attend at least 80% of the sessions. 

Industry Focus: We prioritise businesses in high-growth industries, including (but not limited to):

  • Technology: SaaS, AI, FinTech, EdTech.
  • Digital Commerce: E-commerce (D2C), online marketplaces, subscription boxes.
  • Scalable Products: Innovative consumer goods with a strong online presence.
  • Innovative Food & Beverage: Producers of value-added, packaged consumer goods, tech-driven solutions or scalable subscription models.
  • Social Impact Ventures: Businesses with a mission for positive change, built on a scalable model.
  • Scalable Service-Based: Service businesses with a clear model for scaling beyond the founder’s individual time.

 

The program is not for:

To ensure we provide the most relevant support, this program is not the right fit for:

  • Businesses that are inherently tied to a local service area. This includes brick-and-mortar retail and services that require a physical presence to deliver.
  • Franchises.
  • “Idea-only” concepts that have not undergone any validation or research.
  • Businesses not seeking to scale significantly or expand beyond a local market.
