About the program.
Our virtual 8 month Emerge Program been designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to pave the way for future growth.
In the initial phase, the program’s focus is on laying the groundwork for the entrepreneurial journey. Through interactive virtual sessions and expert-led webinars, we delve into fundamental aspects such as business planning, goal setting, time management and understanding target market.
Throughout the program, you will benefit from the expertise of seasoned mentors who will provide personalised guidance tailored to your unique needs. Weekly check-ins ensure you stay on track, addressing any challenges they may encounter and celebrate their wins.

- 5 x 60 min one on one mentoring sessions over the course of the program, with one of the programs mentors.
- Live Learning! All of our sessions are LIVE. However, we do record sessions for founders to refer back to.

Program cost
Thanks to the support of the Department of Communities, we’re offering 25 fully funded scholarships, to make this accessible to all female entrepreneurs.
Please note that this program is only available to female entrepreneurs in Western Australia.

- If you’re a founder in the early stages of developing a business idea.
- If you’re not interested in growth.
- While we serve a wide range of businesses, we are not the optimal resource for companies who are bricks and mortar (ie. face to face trade, retail, hospitality, )
- We genuinely love and appreciate NFPs, but we are not the program to provide the best support specifically tailored to their unique requirements.
- If you’re looking for a quick-fix solution or a magic program that promises instant success without putting in the necessary effort, we are not the right choice for you. There are no shortcuts here.
- Know-It All’s: You care more about proving you’re right versus getting results.
The 2024 cohort will be capped at 25. We limit numbers so we can work closely with each participant.
We want to ensure that each participant meets the goals and objectives of the program and that it is suitable for them. Our program framework and curriculum are curated for particular industries and growth ambitions.
To ensure that you get the most out of the program, it’s best if you can commit to attending at least 85% of ALL the sessions. For founders accepted into the program, we recommend you set aside 5 hours per week.
