“I always wanted to be some sort of entrepreneur. I remember being little and selling my homemade specialties to my extended family when they came over or I would call their home phone and ask to arrange a time for them to come over and purchase them.”
Fabiola shares her story to date…
From having a background in law and understanding what it was like to have a busy schedule, I had first hand experience being stuck in an office after hours with no time to book in appointments. I also listened to my friends who were in similar situations to me and thought that something needed to change. There was such a demand for an easy and accessible service that people like me and my friends who were mothers, fathers etc who didn’t have time to get to appointments within the normal 9-5 work hours so I decided to start LUXIT.
My vision for LUXIT is to be known in the industry as a premium platform for beauty and wellness services and to offer the very best to clients across Australia.
Funnily enough, the truth is I wanted to be a shipping, freight tycoon, something extremely
different than being in the beauty and fashion industry.
Initially my biggest difficulty was cash flow, budgeting and spinning too many plates at
once.
My father would constantly inspire me and encourage me to work smarter not harder. He would say, “Don’t stress if you lose a battle, focus on winning the war.”
My initial marketing strategy was through social media, Facebook ads and Instagram. We are now lucky to be growing organically through word of mouth-referrals.
Choosing the wrong developers for my first LUXit app. I do not regret it though as the app has now been transformed into something way bigger and better that we would not have achieved if we didn’t have these issues at first.

Responsibility starts and ends with me.
“I have always measured my success through my personal happiness, I regularly check in with myself about how I am feeling and how much time I take out to do ‘me’ things to reward myself.”
I start the day at 5:00 and meditate and visualise my day and allocate 20 minutes to plan what has to be done through a list. I plan and assess.
