About the Program.
Our results-oriented program equips you with the knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges of scaling your business. Gain the confidence to make strategic decisions and propel your company towards sustainable growth.
- Duration: 6 months
- Hybrid Learning: in-person and online. Designed for you, wherever you are. Our program offers a hybrid learning format to ensure accessibility for all participants.
- Tailored Advisory: get paired with a seasoned advisor who becomes your personal growth partner. Benefit from monthly, in-depth board meetings to discuss strategy, address challenges and make key decisions. Additionally, gain ongoing access to a network of industry and subject-matter advisors throughout the program to address specific topics as they arise.
- Business Building Workshop: kick off the program, meet your cohort, and set strategic OKR goals to guide your growth journey.
- Roundtables: engage in discussions on key growth topics with industry experts and fellow participants.
- Curated Curriculum & Resources: Dive deep into critical areas like funding, marketing and operations through interactive workshops and comprehensive materials.
- Ongoing Support: weekly group office hours for ongoing guidance and support.
- Live Learning: all of our sessions are LIVE. However, we do record the roundtables for founders to refer back to.
- Dedicated Program and Community Platform: Access webinar replays, events, resources and connect with your fellow founders to build a strong support network.

Program Fee
This is an equity free, fee based program (normally $12,000) that has been heavily reduced with thanks and proudly supported by the New Industries Fund – X-TEND WA Program.

- You have achieved a strong product-market fit and proven high growth potential with the resources and confidence needed to take your company to the next level.
- Committed to investing in yourself and completing and attending all aspects of the program.
- If you’re a founder in the early stages of developing a business idea or have not yet got traction in you business.
- If you’re not interested in scaling your business and prefer to keep it at a small or local level, our expertise may not align with your needs.
- While we serve a wide range of businesses, we are not the optimal resource for companies who are bricks and mortar (ie. face to face trade, retail, hospitality, )
- We genuinely love and appreciate NFPs, but we are not the program to provide the best support specifically tailored to their unique requirements.
- If you’re looking for a quick-fix solution or a magic program that promises instant success without putting in the necessary effort, we are not the right choice for you. There are no shortcuts here.
- Know-It All’s: You care more about proving you’re right versus getting results.
The 2024 cohort will be capped at 12. We limit numbers so we can work closely with each participant.
We want to ensure that each participant meets the goals and objectives of the program and that it is suitable for them. Our program framework and curriculum are curated for particular industries and growth ambitions.
To ensure that you get the most out of the program, it’s best if you can commit to attending at least 85% of ALL the sessions. For founders accepted into the program, we recommend you set aside between 2-4 hours per week.
Yes, they sure can. In fact we recommend that co-founders participate in the program together. There is a small additional fee of $1000 ex gst for co-founders to join.
We Are Emersyn 100% backs our programs and the curriculum. We know they get results, but only if the participant is dedicated and sticks to the process. We do not offer refunds. However, we understand that extraordinary circumstances do happen and as such we will review those circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
