About the Program.
Our results-oriented program equips you with the knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges of scaling your business. Gain the confidence to make strategic decisions and propel your company towards sustainable growth.
- Duration: 6 months
- Hybrid Learning: in-person and online. Designed for you, wherever you are. Our program offers a hybrid learning format to ensure accessibility for all participants.
- Tailored Advisory: get paired with a seasoned advisor who becomes your personal growth partner. Benefit from monthly, in-depth board meetings to discuss strategy, address challenges and make key decisions. Additionally, gain ongoing access to a network of industry and subject-matter advisors throughout the program to address specific topics as they arise.
- Business Building Workshop: kick off the program, meet your cohort, and set strategic OKR goals to guide your growth journey.
- Roundtables: engage in discussions on key growth topics with industry experts and fellow participants.
- Curated Curriculum & Resources: Dive deep into critical areas like funding, marketing and operations through interactive workshops and comprehensive materials.
- Ongoing Support: weekly group office hours for ongoing guidance and support.
- Live Learning: all of our sessions are LIVE. However, we do record the roundtables for founders to refer back to.

Program Fee
This is an equity free, fee based program (normally $12,000) that has been heavily reduced with thanks and proudly supported by the New Industries Fund – X-TEND WA Program.
